Provider Data Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Provider Data Specialist to support a healthcare provider directory project. In this role, you will research provider information, contact provider offices by phone and email to validate language capabilities, maintain accurate documentation, and submit data updates. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and validate provider and office information.
• Contact provider offices by phone and email to verify language capabilities.
• Document outreach efforts and maintain accurate project tracking logs.
• Submit provider data updates through established processes.
• Perform follow-up outreach and identify additional provider data discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of experience in healthcare, customer service, provider services, credentialing, billing, coding, provider enrollment, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
