The Whittingham Agencies – Globe Life Liberty National Division is growing, and we're looking for outgoing, motivated people to join us as Client Relations & Benefits Specialists.

No insurance experience? No problem. We provide the training.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll spend your day working with people—not sitting behind a desk.

Meet with local businesses and their employees
Build relationships and become a trusted point of contact for clients
Help employees understand their supplemental benefit options
Assist clients through the enrollment process
Follow up and provide ongoing support
Grow your client base and work toward weekly goals

No previous insurance or benefits experience is required.

High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, local travel, and ability to pass a background check are required.

The Opportunity

This is an in-person, field-based position with performance-based compensation, including uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Individual earnings vary based on performance.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: In person
