Role Description SVN Vanguard is seeking entrepreneurial and motivated Commercial Real Estate Advisors to join our San Diego office located in Kearny Mesa. General Duties Market Research and Investment Analysis: Research property ownership, market activity, investment trends, and development opportunities throughout Southern California. Analyze comparable sales and leasing data while assisting in the preparation of Broker Opinion of Values, proposals, underwriting, and marketing materials. Business Development and Prospecting: Build relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, developers, and industry professionals through strategic outreach, networking, and consistent prospecting efforts. Transaction Exposure: Participate in various stages of Commercial Real Estate transactions including property tours, negotiations, due diligence coordination, marketing strategy, and closing activities across multiple asset types. Marketing and Property Exposure: Create and distribute offering memorandums, listing packages, brochures, email campaigns, and digital marketing materials. Utilize online platforms and social media to increase property visibility and business development opportunities. Technology and Industry Platforms: Gain access and utilize industry‑leading platforms including CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Buildout, and title resources to support research, underwriting, marketing, and business development efforts.
