Role Description SVN Vanguard is seeking entrepreneurial and motivated Commercial Real Estate Advisors to join our San Diego office located in Kearny Mesa. This opportunity is designed for individuals looking to build and grow their own long‑term Commercial Real Estate business within a collaborative brokerage environment. Advisors will have access to industry‑leading tools, resources, market exposure, and guidance from experienced professionals while maintaining the independence to develop their own client relationships, pipeline, and transaction activity. This is not a short‑term or passive opportunity. Commercial Real Estate is a relationship‑driven business that rewards consistency, professionalism, market knowledge, and long‑term commitment. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, coachable, professional, and serious about building a career within investment sales, leasing, and advisory services. General Duties Market Research and Investment Analysis: Research property ownership, market activity, investment trends, and development opportunities throughout Southern California. Analyze comparable sales and leasing data while assisting in the preparation of Broker Opinion of Values, proposals, underwriting, and marketing materials. Business Development and Prospecting: Build relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, developers, and industry professionals through strategic outreach, networking, and consistent prospecting efforts. Transaction Exposure: Participate in various stages of Commercial Real Estate transactions including property tours, negotiations, due diligence coordination, marketing strategy, and closing activities across multiple asset types. Marketing and Property Exposure: Create and distribute offering memorandums, listing packages, brochures, email campaigns, and digital marketing materials. Utilize online platforms and social media to increase property visibility and business development opportunities. Technology and Industry Platforms: Gain access and utilize industry‑leading platforms including CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Buildout, and title resources to support research, underwriting, marketing, and business development efforts. Ability to prospect, build relationships, advise clients, and generate business opportunities. Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Commercial Real Estate databases. Prior experience in real estate, sales, or business development is advantageous.
