Real Estate Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its San Diego, California office. This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading Real Estate Practice Group, providing mentorship and development in a partner track role. Duties Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate documents. Conduct and review title due diligence, including negotiation and clearance of title issues. Manage transaction closings, coordinating with colleagues, clients, and outside parties. Collaborate with partners and senior associates on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters. Requirements 3-4 years of experience in real estate transactions. Proficiency in drafting, negotiation, and document review. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent matters. Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn. Admitted to and a member in good standing of the California bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Member in good standing of the California bar. Skills Keen attention to detail.
