Real Estate Associate Attorney

A premier Am Law 50 law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its highly regarded San Diego office. Qualifications Approximately 3–6 years of transactional real estate experience preferred, although candidates with more or less experience will be considered. Experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and/or joint ventures. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent academic credentials and writing ability. Admission to the California Bar, or ability to become admitted promptly.
