Insurance Defense Attorney

This is a regional civil defense firm focused on complex litigation, representing insurance carriers, businesses, and developers across a range of matters including general liability, construction defect, and other high-exposure claims. The team is collaborative, fast-paced, and known for providing strong hands-on training, meaningful case responsibility, and long-term growth opportunities. As an Attorney, you will manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, developing case strategy, taking and defending depositions, handling discovery and meet and confers, and participating in mediations and settlement negotiations. You’ll work closely with clients and gain significant exposure in a true defense-side litigation environment. The ideal candidate will have an active California Bar license and 3–5 years of civil litigation experience , preferably in insurance defense, construction defect, or general liability. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a billable environment are key.
