Real Estate Associate Attorney – Midlevel Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Midlevel Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its San Diego office. This partnership-track opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3–4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience. Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate transaction documents Conduct and review title due diligence, including resolving title issues Manage transaction closings and coordinate with clients, attorneys, and outside parties Support acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and other complex commercial real estate transactions Collaborate with experienced attorneys on sophisticated real estate matters Qualifications: 3–4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience Strong drafting, negotiation, and due diligence skills Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities Team-oriented with a commitment to client service and professional growth Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active California Bar membership in good standing Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $260,000 – $310,000 annually, depending on experience Partnership-track opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work with a nationally recognized Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental practice This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate attorney to join a leading AmLaw 50 firm and build a long-term career handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
