Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Payroll And Benefits CoordinatorRequired: Highly organized with close attention to detail. Ability to multitask with strong organizational and mathematical skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups. Ability to maintain respect and confidentiality at all times. Excellent attendance and strong work ethic with a teamwork mindset. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Familiarity with payroll and HRIM software.Highly preferred: Prior payroll and/or benefits experience in a public school setting including but not limited to: processing payroll and absences, preparing documentation for and tracking employee leaves of absence (FMLA and non-FMLA) and return to work, onboarding new employees for payroll and/or benefits, having knowledge about health, dental, vision, and other Section 125 insurance benefits.Location: PCSC Administration Building Start date: August 31, 2026 or soonerApply to: Please send letter of interest and resume to: Stephanie Ellis Director of Human Resources View email address on click.appcast.io
