Service Advisor/Express Manager

Express Service ManagerWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Express Service Manager to lead our fast-paced service team. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and have a passion for automotive service and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the express service departmentManage and train express service advisorsEnsure quick, efficient, and high-quality service for all customersMaintain workflow to meet productivity and revenue goalsHandle customer concerns professionally and effectivelyMonitor inventory, supplies, and equipment needsEnsure compliance with safety and company standardsClearly explain recommended services, timelines, and costsCreate and manage repair ordersRequirements:Previous experience in automotive service management or a similar roleStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of automotive systems and maintenance servicesValid driver’s licenseWhat We Offer:Competitive pay (salary + performance bonuses)Opportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentPaid training and developmentBenefits package (Health/dental, PTO, etc.)Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and why you’d be a great fit for this role.
