Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

- Assist teachers with classroom activities, lesson preparation, and behavioral management
- Provide one-on-one or small group support for students as directed
- Help monitor student progress and communicate relevant observations
- Encourage positive social interactions among students
- Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and accommodations, as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies at all times
