Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding school-based role supporting K-12 students as a contract paraprofessional. Your skills and compassion will make a lasting impact, whether providing one-on-one assistance or working within classroom settings. This position offers 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, starting in mid-August and continuing through the academic year. Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 and weekly pay for your dedication.

What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and understanding supporting students with varying abilities and needs
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork with teachers, specialists, and families
- Experience with implementing behavior support plans and positive behavior interventions
- Ability to adapt and reinforce instructional lessons under the guidance of certified staff
- Organizational strengths and attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping and progress monitoring
- Flexibility to respond to different classroom environments and unique student requirements
- Commitment to following IEPs and supporting students in academic, social, and behavioral growth
- High standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct support to students individually or in classroom settings
- Adapt instructional materials and reinforce learning under teacher direction
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and maintain documentation
- Foster positive, inclusive classroom environments
- Support the implementation of IEP goals, behavior plans, and school procedures
