MIG Welder – 1st & 2nd Shift

$20.00/hour | Temp-to-Hire
Location: USA Parkway, Sparks, NV 89437
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift Monday-Friday 12:00PM-8:30PM

Position Overview

As a MIG Welder, you will perform welding and assembly operations while ensuring all work meets quality standards, specifications, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Perform MIG welding on sheet metal (including 10-gauge)
Complete product and final assembly tasks
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper operation
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Previous MIG welding experience or formal training
Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
Basic math skills (fractions, ratios, and measurements)
Strong attention to quality and safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Steel-toe boots required
Must pass a background check
