In this role, you will support daily operations through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative workplace that puts people first.

Pay Rate: $15.12 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations, damaged property, or maintenance issues observed during assigned duties.
• Support traffic and delivery coordination by observing vehicle activity, directing visitors to proper check-in areas, and following post orders related to restricted areas and after-hours access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
