Job Description Job Description We are a small, reputable commercial real estate holding company headquartered in Fremont, California, with operations that include a Las Vegas office. Our firm owns and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and is actively involved in property acquisitions, sales, and long-term investment management. Ideal Candidate We are seeking a licensed CPA with significant experience in commercial real estate taxation and transactions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in partnership taxation, LLCs, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and tax planning for investment properties. This individual is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating closely with company leadership.
