Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary, 6-month contract
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule : Monday-Friday, standard business hours
Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AP professional to manage day-to-day accounts payable activities. This person will take ownership of invoices and payments, follow up on outstanding approvals, resolve discrepancies, and help improve AP processes and controls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Process PO and non-PO vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Follow up on approvals and monitor outstanding and overdue invoices.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, vendor, and payment discrepancies.
• Perform three-way matching and maintain accurate AP documentation.
• Support month-end close, including accruals and AP reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and controls.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience required.
• Experience with SOX and internal controls.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong at problem-solving and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
