We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support our Business Development team. This is an ideal entry point for someone who wants to build a long-term career in business development, relationship management, and commercial finance. You'll play a key role behind the scenes by developing relationships with referral partners, learning ECG's products and underwriting process, and supporting portfolio growth while building the skills needed to independently manage a book of business. If you're coachable, relationship-oriented, and motivated to grow into a Business Development Representative role, this is a strong launchpad. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced Business Development professionals, communicate with referral partners, support partner growth initiatives, and develop the knowledge and confidence needed to manage partner relationships independently.
