The Work You Are:A pursuit strategist and Global Capability Center (GCC) domain expert who knows what it takes to win GCC deals. You have run complex sales cycles end-to-end and understand that winning large, competitive GCC deals requires more than great content. It requires the right strategy, the right team, and the right expertise engaged from day one. You bring credible, cross-deal intelligence to every pursuit, challenge thinking at the senior level, and know how to orchestrate diverse teams toward a common goal. You thrive in high-stakes, high-velocity environments and leave every pursuit better than you found it. Here’s What You Need 12+ years in GBS/GCC strategy, delivery, or business development OR adjacent experience in large deal pursuits, management consulting, or enterprise sales in a complex services environment. 4+ years of experience with GCC or GBS operating models, setup structures, and the evolving global services landscape. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus Points If You Have Direct experience supporting or winning large GBS/GCC pursuits (e.g. Strategy and Design, ABO/BOT, AI GCC, etc) Experience shaping large opportunities within Americas G2000 clients Track record of building cross-deal intelligence and reusable sales asset libraries Professional Skills Requirements Strong communication, executive presence, and relationship building skills. Proven ability to challenge thinking and bring credible GCC expertise to senior pursuit teams. Strong content development and proposal writing skills; able to produce high-quality pursuit materials independently and lead a team. Ability to work across time zones and integrate rapidly into active, high-pressure pursuit teams.
