OR Registered Nurse

Position Overview Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Oregon-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, supporting Premier Health & Safety’s mission to deliver high-quality health and safety training and care. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, clinical assessments, and health education while also participating in safety-focused training initiatives across diverse workplace and clinical settings. Working collaboratively with physicians, allied health professionals, and safety trainers, you will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement patient care plans, administer medications and treatments per established protocols, and monitor patient responses to interventions. You will maintain meticulous and compliant documentation in electronic medical records, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations, OSHA guidelines, and organizational policies. The Registered Nurse will help deliver and reinforce health, wellness, and safety training content, educating patients, staff, and community members on topics such as infection control, emergency response, workplace safety, and chronic disease management. You will triage health concerns, respond to urgent situations using sound clinical judgment, and escalada care appropriately. The role requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication to explain clinical information clearly, advocate for patients, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. You will support quality improvement and risk-reduction initiatives, participate in audits and safety drills, and contribute feedback to improve training programs and care protocols.
