The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to: Act as a Trusted Advisor: Partner directly with Directors and Executive leaders to align human resources strategy with business goals across your assigned division. Lead Proactive Change & Talent Initiatives: Champion change management, organizational design (OD), and workforce development programs that elevate team performance and morale. Deliver Expert Coaching & Employee Relations: Coach people managers through complex employee relations, career progression, talent retention, and performance interventions. Navigate Compliance & Risk with Ease: Maintain up-to-date expertise in Utah state and federal labor laws, proactively mitigating risk and interpreting HR policy. Leverage People Data: Analyze workforce metrics, compensation structures, and FLSA guidelines to guide sound talent and business decisions. Adapt & Execute: Seamlessly pivot to address emergent business priorities and lead high-impact HR projects. Strategic HR Consulting & Trusted Advisory Executive Influence & Tailored Communication Change Leadership & Organizational Development (OD) Critical Thinking, Data Analysis & Decision Making Performance Coaching & Conflict Management Professional Discretion, Integrity & Credibility Business Acumen & HR Systems (HRIS / MS Office) What you’ll bring to the table: Experience: 4+ years of progressive professional experience across core HR functions (talent development, employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Technical Savvy: Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms and intermediate‑to‑advanced MS Office skills. Able to navigate and use Artificial Intelligence (AI) appropriately, responsibly and as applicable. Industry Background: Financial services or banking experience is a strong plus. Credentials: Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP) highly preferred. Mindset: An adaptable, solutions‑oriented team player eager to make an impact in a dynamic organization.
