An ideal candidate is: Comfortable practicing independently Interested in comprehensive treatment planning Confident with extractions and anterior endodontics Coachable and eager to continue growing Patient-focused and relationship-driven Experienced dentists are preferred, but motivated new graduates who want mentorship are encouraged to apply.
