Senior General Counsel - Risk & Compliance (Fintech)

Payarc is seeking an experienced General Counsel – Risk and Compliance to lead legal and compliance efforts. This role will manage all legal aspects related to PCI DSS, SOC 2 compliance, and regulatory oversight in the fintech industry. As a key member of the executive team, the General Counsel will advise leadership, draft and negotiate contracts, and oversee M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of relevant legal experience, a strong background in payment processing compliance, and a J.D. from an accredited school. #J-18808-Ljbffr Payarc
