Tryfacta is seeking Receptionists/Secretaries, Except Legal, Medical, and Executive for our client in New York, 12228. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Position Title: Receptionists/Secretaries, Except Legal, Medical, and Executive

Location: New York, 12228

Duration: 24 months

Work Schedule: 7:30AM-5:00PM, M-F

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Greet customers
Screen customer paperwork
Manage customers in the queuing system
Grade vision test results
Enter passing vision test results into computer
Assist customers at DMV kiosks
Take customer photos for driver's licenses
Proctor tests

The following offices require 2 full time employees:

Yonkers district office address: 1 Larkin Plaza, Yonkers, NY 10701

Peekskill district office address: 1045 Park St, Peekskill, NY 10566

White Plains district office address: 1 Maple Ave, White Plains, NY 10601

West Haverstraw district office address: 50 Samsondale Plz, West Haverstraw, NY 10993
