About Eclipsyum

Eclipsyum is a multi-brand growth company supporting U.S. businesses across home services, construction, logistics, and consumer products. We build scalable marketing, sales, and operational systems designed to drive measurable revenue growth across multiple companies.

This is a senior, revenue-focused marketing role.

We are not looking for a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or Brand Specialist.

You must have:

10+ years of marketing experience
5+ years in marketing leadership
Experience marketing home improvement, home services, or other service-based businesses
Multi-brand, multi-location, or agency account management experience
Strong performance marketing and lead-generation experience
Strong AI and marketing automation skills

Agency experience is highly preferred.

About the Role

You will own marketing performance across multiple brands and connect marketing directly to sales and revenue.

What You'll Own

Lead marketing across multiple brands
Manage Google Ads, Meta, SEO, CRM, email, web, and creative
Improve Lead → Appointment → Estimate → Sale
Own marketing budgets, CPL, CAC, ROAS, attribution, and revenue reporting
Lead and hold the marketing team accountable
Improve sales and marketing alignment
Use AI and automation to improve marketing operations
Help build Eclipsyum into an external marketing agency

Required Experience

10+ years in marketing
5+ years managing teams or major accounts
Home services, home improvement, or service-business marketing experience
Google Ads, Meta, SEO, CRM, analytics, and lead generation
Experience managing multiple brands, locations, or agency clients
Proven ability to improve lead quality and customer acquisition
Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
Advanced use of AI for marketing, analysis, automation, or operations

Preferred industries: Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, remodeling, restoration, solar, franchises, or home-services marketing agencies. xuwmhxw
