Compensation and Benefits Aflac Benefits Advisors enjoy a competitive compensation package, which includes: Building monthly residual income Performance bonuses Job Type: Permanent Pay: $47,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Application Question(s): Interviews are conducted in-person.
