Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support testing for critical enterprise applications. The role encompasses testing for enrollment, eligibility, claims, document management, and various workflow systems.



Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and UAT processes.
• Perform various testing types, including Smoke, Regression, System Integration, End-to-End, UI, Negative, and Usability testing.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts utilizing Selenium and/or Sahi Pro.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective test scenarios and cases.
• Identify, document, track, and resolve defects in close collaboration with development teams.
• Apply formal test design techniques, such as Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis.
• Conduct reviews of test plans, scripts, results, and reports.
• Maintain high QA standards, governance, documentation, and status reporting.

• Strong background in QA/QC and software testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Sahi Pro automation.
• Experience with PICT or equivalent test design tools.
• Solid knowledge of formal testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Proven experience working with enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• MUST HAVE: Experience in the Healthcare/Medicaid domain.
• Knowledge of HIPAA EDI/X12 transactions.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall/SDLC environments.
