Technical Trainer - Littleton, CO

STS Technical Services is actively seeking a top-notch Technical Trainer to perform a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or optical areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers training for Soldering of printed circuit boards, Cabling, Polymerics, Torquing, and Mating of Connectors. The successful candidate shall have performed various testing on products and typical testing methods involving monitoring, assembling, improving, and manipulating a product to ensure it is in no way defective. Candidate shall also be capable of creating training plans, working with learning management systems. Works under moderate supervision.

REQUIRED PROFICIENCIES

Soldering and Cabling skills Instructional Systems Design experience Experience in On-The-Job Training Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing environment

PREFERRED PROFICIENCIES

Instructional Systems Design certification Teaching in a Manufacturing environment IPC Certification NASA Certification

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
