Job Location: Tallahassee, FL (MUST live in Florida, and be willing to come to Tallahassee as needed) Job Duration: 10 Months + extension

Deliverables:

• FIM Synchronization – Address any synchronization errors or issues.
• SAML Federation support – Provide organization and application support for federating to SSO.
• SSO application onboarding – Add and sunset application in SSO.
• SSO application support – Support SSO applications with issue related to federation, roles, and claims.
• SSO Organization Onboarding and support – Add new and support existing organizations in SSO, update contact, change metadata and perform true-ups.
• SSO user authorization and support – Support DOE and Sandbox account and complete role and account request.
• SSO password resets – Reset password for Sandbox accounts.
• SSO audit reports – Provide audit user role report for application owners
• Server maintenance – address server issues as requested by infrastructure team
• SFTP Support – provide support for TIBCO including new transfer rules, safe listing IP addresses, and querying transfers
• Custom SQL Queries and management – SQL queries request by application, management, and security teams.
• Azure application registration – registering new applications into Azure and working with access management for group creation.
• Azure B2C and B2B Support – Supporting implementation of the Azure B2B and B2C solutions, writing custom policies, integrating with applications, organizations and admin portal.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with MS Azure IAM.
• 3+ years of experience in registering applications in Azure B2B and B2C.
• 3+ years of experience in building Azure B2C IEF (IdentityExperienceFramework) custom environments and supporting User Personas.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth and OIDC Protocols
• 3+ years of experience with SSO (Single Sign On) solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in Web application server system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Project Management (Standards, Best Practices, Terms, Tools) is desired.
• Ability to work well in a team environment with education and technology solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team
• Demonstrated experience with implementation projects with the following characteristics: High-profile, Multiple technologies and functions
• Experience working in state government.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience with ADFS setup, configuration.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft AD and Azure AD.
• 3+ years of experience with FIM (Forefront Identity Manager) or MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager).
• Assists in developing specifications as well as, overall planning and management of projects.
• Meets with leadership to provide status reports on a weekly basis and provides monthly written reports which will include accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions.
• Communicate project progress and information to team, sponsor, stakeholders, and legislative body as appropriate.
• Ensures technical direction and standards are being followed.
• Develops project plans and measures actual progress against the plans.
• Assures that project documentation includes the project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports.
• Demonstrates an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions.
• Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.
• Manages change control within the projects.
• Obtains sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that effect the critical path.
