IMPORTANT LOCATION REQUIREMENT

This position is 100% onsite in Tallahassee, Florida. Candidates currently residing outside of Florida must relocate to Tallahassee, FL to be considered for this position.

Relocation is mandatory with NO exceptions. Remote, hybrid, or telework arrangements are not available for this position. Candidates who are unwilling or unable to relocate to Tallahassee should not apply.

Position Overview

Experience supporting CA Gen, COBOL, JCL, CICS, RACF, ISPF, ASG Scheduler, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Azure is highly desirable.

Required Technical Qualifications

The candidate should possess the following levels of knowledge and experience:

DB2 for z/OS - Advanced


Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS application integration, performance management, and database administration.


Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS upgrades.


Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS catalog maintenance.


Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS subsystem point-in-time recovery.


Advanced knowledge of JCL.


Advanced knowledge of using and interpreting DB2 for z/OS database monitoring and performance tools.


Mainframe / z/OS - In-Depth


In-depth knowledge of the z/OS integrated platform and enterprise mainframe environments.


In-depth knowledge of CA Gen model management and application object support.


In-depth knowledge of ISPF.


In-depth knowledge of the ASG Scheduler.


In-depth knowledge of COBOL.


In-depth knowledge of using and interpreting z/OS software monitoring tools.


In-depth knowledge of technical infrastructure implementation, planning, and coordination.


z/OS Administration & Enterprise Technologies - Solid


Solid working knowledge of z/OS, including started task creation and management.


Solid working knowledge of IBI z/OS service support.


Solid working knowledge of AFOPER commands.


Solid working knowledge of RACF security administration.


Solid working knowledge of CICS.


Solid working knowledge of IOF.


Solid working knowledge of Disaster Recovery technical requirements and procedures.


Solid working knowledge of verification and testing techniques for infrastructure change management.


Relational Databases - Solid


Solid working knowledge of Oracle application integration, performance management, and database administration.


Solid working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) application integration, performance management, and database administration.
