About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the organization’s overall financial strategy, ensuring fiscal stability, and driving long-term value creation through effective financial planning, analysis, and oversight. This includes managing all finance and accounting functions, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. The role also involves advising the CEO and executive team on strategic decisions, evaluating investment opportunities, managing risk, supporting mergers and acquisitions or fundraising activities, and building strong relationships with investors, auditors, and key stakeholders while leading a high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic growth. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential, along with deep expertise in financial planning, reporting, and risk management. Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, experience partnering with executive teams and boards, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required, with an MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience preferred.
