Facility: BayCare Health System, Rehab Services Main – Morton Plant Hospital

Location: Clearwater, FL

Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Shift: Days

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No

Occupational Therapist responsibilities:

• Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy.
• Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for certified occupational therapy assistants, rehabilitation technicians, fitness specialists, massage therapists, occupational therapy and occupational therapy assistant students and volunteers.
• A supervising licensed occupational therapist may only supervise 1 permittee at any given time.

Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• OT (Occupational Therapy)
• Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain
• Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy
• Preferred 1 year Occupational Therapy
