Role Overview Lead and support the occupational therapy team by assisting with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized relationships to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments while celebrating patient progress. Responsibilities Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination Deliver compassionate, personalized care to patients Support training, orientation, and communication within the therapy team Build strong patient relationships and promote positive outcomes Qualifications & Skills Current licensure or certification per state requirements CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified) Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred Key Attributes Leadership skills with a compassionate approach Strong communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to patient-centered care and team development #J-18808-Ljbffr
