NOW HIRING: RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager

RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the daily operations of your assigned unit to ensure high-quality resident care.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor resident conditions and provide clinical guidance for adjustments as needed.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Qualifications:
Current NJ RN license in good standing.
Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
