We focus on multi-site and chain businesses, leveraging strong partnerships with national service providers and manufacturers. Our clients include medical offices, retail chains, distribution centers, warehouses, car dealerships, and financial institutions .

We provide a range of IT services, including:

✔ Equipment moves, adds, and changes
✔ New store installations and remodels
✔ Low-voltage cabling and repairs

We are looking for motivated, technical individuals who want to grow with us. No prior IT job experience? No problem. We provide training to help you develop your skills and maximize your earning potential – with opportunities to make $65K–$100K per year .

 

Field Technician Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional, customer-focused service
• Communicate effectively with on-site contacts and remote stakeholders
• Document work thoroughly and accurately
• Complete service requests on time
• Troubleshoot network and hardware issues
• Install and terminate low-voltage cabling
• Repair and upgrade computer hardware
• Set up and maintain printers, camera systems, and digital signage
• Assist with new installations and large-scale projects

 

Requirements:

• Some college coursework completed
• Low-voltage wiring experience (preferred)
• Computer hardware training or experience (A+ certification or equivalent)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Eager to learn and passionate about technology
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (wagon, SUV, or van preferred)
• Must be able to pass a background check
