Are you a hands-on Atlassian administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment? This is a contract-to-hire role with a strong conversion track record and real long-term growth potential.
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience administering and configuring Atlassian tools (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence), you've built out projects and workflows from scratch, not just maintained them
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Power BI (cloud and on-prem) and general reporting tools
- Familiarity with Alteryx, SSRS, or similar data automation and reporting platforms is a plus
- Self-sufficient and able to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience in a regulated environment is a bonus
- Own and administer Atlassian tools including Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence
- Build out and customize Jira projects at an enterprise level
- Support Power BI reporting across cloud and on-prem environments
- Assist with Alteryx workflow administration and SSRS reporting as needed
- Serve as the centralized admin layer between business users and the development team
- Maintain documentation and governance across platforms
