Job Description

This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery used in the manufacturing of seating and related components. This role ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards while supporting production goals and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor machinery to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain machinery to support production goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of machine operator experience
• 1+ years of machine setup experience
• Proficient in reading a tape measure
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of sheet metal and production processes

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Altamont, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Altamont,IL.
