Spa Sales Manager

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Montgomeryville is looking for a local, sales-focused leader who can run the spa day to day, coach a front desk sales team, and help grow a busy membership-based wellness business. This is a great fit for someone in the Montgomeryville, North Wales, or Landsdale area who has managed in spa, salon, retail, fitness, hospitality, or another customer-facing sales environment. This role is a strong fit for someone who lives nearby, understands the local community, and can be consistently present for the team, members, and day-to-day needs of the spa. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a local business, build relationships with guests and team members, and take ownership of sales, service, and daily operations.

Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and team development

Handle guest concerns professionally and protect the spa's service standards

Build local awareness through community outreach and neighborhood partnerships

Maintain spa cleanliness, inventory, compliance, and brand standards

2+ years of leadership experience in retail, spa, salon, fitness, hospitality, customer service, or membership-based sales

Confidence coaching a team to meet sales goals and service standards

Strong accountability mindset; comfortable using numbers, reports, and goals to drive decisions

Professional, dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment

A people-first leadership style with the ability to give feedback and follow through

Comfortable working a retail-style schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Spa, salon, wellness, or beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required
