Account Coordinator

To support campaign execution and client relations, the full-time remote Account Coordinator will assist Account Managers in building client reporting, executing campaign setups, and managing day-to-day client interactions. Key responsibilities Assist in pulling platform data and preparing reports for clients and internal teams, including campaign analysis across various advertising platforms Manage client relations by serving as a day-to-day point of contact and ensuring client goals are met through proactive management Create and execute operational processes focused on efficiency and continuous improvement for client and ad operations teams Required qualifications Demonstrated interest in digital media in a personal or professional environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs Ability to learn and work with new technology effectively Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail Demonstrable analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
