Join us and help the world's leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.About the Job You're Considering: We're looking for a Junior Frontend Developer to build and maintain features across web and mobile applications, grow under the guidance of senior engineers, and get hands-on with AI-assisted development tools as part of daily work.Your Role:Build and maintain UI features across web (React/Angular/Vue) and/or mobile (iOS/Android/cross-platform) applications under senior guidanceWrite clean, tested code following established component and state-management patternsFix bugs, address QA feedback, and implement small enhancements independentlyUse AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to speed up development, test writing, and debuggingParticipate in code reviews - both giving and receiving feedbackCollaborate with designers, QA, and backend engineers to deliver features end-to-endDocument components and contribute to team knowledge baseParticipate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and estimationYour Skills and Experience:0-2 years of professional frontend development experience (internships count)Foundational knowledge of at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue)Exposure to mobile development concepts (native iOS/Android or cross-platform frameworks) is a plusComfortable using AI coding assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for day-to-day development tasksBasic understanding of REST APIs and version control (Git)Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScriptEagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow technicallyPreferred Qualifications:Coursework, bootcamp, or personal projects involving AI/LLM integrationFamiliarity with CI/CD basics and automated testing frameworksExposure to Agile/Scrum development environmentsA portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing personal or academic projectsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $43,984-$105,600. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
