We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Producer to join our team. As a Sales Producer, you will play a key role in helping customers protect their assets and manage risks by offering various insurance products tailored to their individual needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and success in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads to create new business opportunities.
- Provide superior customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate insurance products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by consistent follow-ups and service delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and company targets.
- Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to best serve clients.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Proven sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
