Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and emotional support to students both 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and mealtimes
• Implement individualized education and behavior plans under the direction of teaching staff
• Foster student independence, social skills, and academic progress
• Monitor and record student performance, contributing to team meetings when needed
