Applicants for the CDO position at the company should have a proven track record in meeting fundraising targets, excellent communication skills, and a strong organizational background. The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software, and a willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years' experience in fundraising and development are essential. The CDO will be expected to stay abreast of current fundraising trends and technologies and to maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
