Job Description

As a QC Inspector, you will work under direct supervision, taking instructions from supervisors, managers, and leads, while also collaborating effectively in a team setting. You will read, understand, and follow written procedures meticulously, ensuring compliance with outlined processes after training is completed. You will work in a controlled environment, adhering to our quality management system, and operate various equipment and tools including ultrasonic welders, arbor presses, scalpels, rulers, and more. You will uphold cleanroom environment requirements, good documentation practices, good manufacturing processes, and line clearance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision and follow work instructions from supervisors, managers, and leads.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Read, understand, and strictly adhere to written procedures post-training.
• Operate basic equipment such as ultrasonic welders and arbor presses, along with manual hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Comply with cleanroom environment requirements, good documentation practices, good manufacturing processes, and line clearance guidelines.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• 1 year experience in a quality role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in cleanroom or medical device environments is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment with options for 1st shift from 7am to 3pm or 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leominster, MA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
