Account Coordinator

Job Title: Account Coordinator

Location: Rockville, MD

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $50,000.00

Work Model: Hybrid - onsite Tues, Wed, Thursday. 8:30 - 5:00

Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative support contact for designated client accounts.

• Enter and maintain job orders in Bullhorn (BH) and other client/vendor management systems.

• Post approved job openings to company websites and internal systems.

• Manage job order updates, maintenance, and closures.

• Submit candidate information to client portals and VMS systems.

• Assist with client communications, including status updates, onboarding coordination, newsletters, and general account support.

• Track account-related activities and ensure data accuracy across systems.

• Maintain candidate and consultant records in Bullhorn and other systems.

• Conduct consultant care and follow-up communications as needed.

• Provide backup support for Account Managers and Account Coordinators as needed.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Ability to learn new technology platforms and processes quickly.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience working in IT staffing, recruiting, employment, or human resources environment.

• Experience with Bullhorn, Fieldglass, or other ATS/VMS platforms.

• Knowledge of recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, and consultant management.

• Experience supporting sales, recruiting, account management, or staffing operations teams.
