Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nursing position in Houston, Texas. This role involves providing high-quality emergency clinical care within a busy emergency department. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing patient assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week starting from 07/27/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC); relevant education and licensure for emergency room nursing; location in Houston, Texas; minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with experience in intubation and central line procedures; flexible team player personality.
• Unit Details: The emergency department has 28 beds with a staff of 19, including registered nurses, a triage nurse, a medic, and US technicians. Typical equipment includes ventilators and Baxter intravenous pumps.
• Responsibilities: Patient assessment, emergency response, advanced procedures such as intubation and central line placement, team collaboration, and adherence to unit policies.
• Additional Information: The role may involve rotating weekends and on-call shifts; dress code requires royal blue scrubs; no float requirement noted.
