Located in Galloway, NJ, we are seeking a motivated and compassionate Activity Aide to join our Activity Department.

About the Role:

As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and implementing engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being. You must have an outgoing personality, enjoy working with the senior population, and have at least 1-2 years' experience working with Seniors, Alzheimer's patients and Customer Service. Your artistic and/or musical ability is strongly preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, music, exercises, and games

• Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement individualized activity plans for residents

• Monitor and document resident participation and progress

• Develop and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for activities

• Assist with special events and programs
