Managed Services Provider seeks a Marketing and Communications Coordinator
Initial.IT is looking for a creative, organized, and people‐focused Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. If you love building campaigns, creating content, and keeping messaging sharp and consistent, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with leadership, manage our social media and website, support client communications, and help bring our brand to life.
This is an in‐person, full‐time role (M–F, 8–5) — not remote. (Independent contractors/consultants will not be considered.)
What You’ll Do
- Run marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web
- Create content for social, newsletters, blogs, and more
- Track campaign performance and share insights
- Help coordinate events and webinars
- Keep our website and social channels updated
- Support PR efforts and internal communications
- Work with leadership to keep messaging aligned
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing/communications experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable with social media and digital marketing tools
- Creative, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects
- SEO/SEM knowledge is a plus
- Must be 21+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and have reliable transportation
