Accounts Receivable Agent
Virtual Vocations Inc
Detail-oriented and organized, the temporary full-time Accounts Receivable Agent will support financial operations by ensuring accurate processing of payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining client relationships, with the option to work remotely or from the Montreal area. Key responsibilities Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and credit balances; arrange payments and respond to billing inquiries Collaborate with Account Management to resolve payment issues and investigate invoice discrepancies Process cash receipts, prepare journal entries for bank deposits, and maintain accurate financial records Required qualifications 2-3 years of related Accounts Receivable or accounting support experience Familiarity with accounting systems such as RCA and Great Plains Dynamics is an asset Understanding of accounting terminology and procedures, including cash application and reconciliations Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems Bilingual in English and French
