Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including physical assessments and in-depth medical history reviews
• Assist in assessing and diagnosing surgical conditions based on imaging studies and lab analyses

• Deliver intraoperative assistance by preparing surgical spaces, ensuring patient positioning, and managing surgical instruments effectively
• Provide outstanding pre- and post-operative care, encompassing medication management, wound treatment, discharge planning, and patient education

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Experience in clinical rotations, particularly with a focus on surgical settings, is highly desirable

Certifications Required

• Valid and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
