Nurse Practitioner - Behavioral Health

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). Part‑time: 1 day per week within Monday – Friday. No nights or weekends. Flexible, onsite, round‑and‑go model with remote documentation. Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations. Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns. Provide brief interventions and behavioral management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings. Coverage area includes Spokane, Washington. Compensation and Benefits Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Estimated compensation range: $29,251 to $35,101 annually with no cap on productivity income. Back‑end infrastructure and clinical support provided. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Washington state license as a PMHNP‑C or Psych PA‑C. Active DEA registration or willingness to obtain. Minimum 2 years of experience as a PMHNP or Psych PA.
