We're looking for a Wealth Manager Partner to lead high-net-worth client relationships while contributing to the growth and future of a collaborative, client-focused advisory firm.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Wealth Manager Partner is responsible for delivering comprehensive advice across financial planning, investments, retirement, tax, and estate planning strategies. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients while helping drive business growth through relationship development and referrals.
- This opportunity is designed for experienced wealth managers who want more than another advisor seat and are interested in building something meaningful within a growing firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage high-net-worth client relationships
- Develop and deliver comprehensive wealth management strategies
- Advise clients on investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning matters
- Conduct client and prospective client meetings
- Collaborate with internal team members and outside professionals, including CPAs and attorneys
- Contribute to firm growth through business development and relationship expansion
- Serve as a leader within the advisory team
- Maintain a high standard of execution, accountability, and client service
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of wealth management experience
- Experience advising high-net-worth clients
- Existing book of business and demonstrated ability to develop client relationships required
- CFP® preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, tax, and estate strategies
- Proven business development capability
- Ability to operate independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
